Seminar ~ Preventing and Planning for Will Contests

This event is for members only.  Please register early as there is limited capacity. If we are not full the week prior we will open registration up to member's guests.   Once we have reached capacity, registration will close.
 
The cost is $25 and includes a light lunch.

Preventing and Planning for Will Contests


An overview of the various issues and concerns that can trigger a will contest, or other objections to testamentary disposition. The presentation will cover the legal and practical aspects of identifying the risks for post-death contests and steps that can be taken during life to minimize the risk of a contest and create the best likelihood of protecting the client’s wishes if the unavoidable contest does occur. Retired Probate Judge John Berman will provide a judge’s perspective on these issues.
