The Worst Idea for People With Choices


This presentation is for professionals who work with clients in areas that require important decision making. Delivered as a non-technical overview of advances made in the past 15 years of decision science, the participant will leave with a simple framework for showing clients how to think through their most important decisions and how to take action on them. Based on the Snowden and Boone Harvard Business Review article of the year from 2007, A Leader's Framework for Decision Making.
